Clients need to call BUPA to receive an authorisation code. We only facilate your billing, but any further information we kindly direct you to your policy with BUPA, please call them directly.
BUPA will give X amount of sessions, which may include a shortfall in coverage of treatment costs. Please clarify this with your insurer to avoid any potential financial shortpayments that you may not have been expecting. It may save you money to continue privately.

All of our clinics are covered by AXA PPP. To get started you’ll need to contact them to be authorised for treatment. From there you will take payment at £50 for an initial consultation and £40 for follow ups from you and issue you a receipt to claim back from AXA PPP yourself. As outlined above and in our T&Cs, please clarify with AXA PPP if you will be reimbursed for everything as we will not provide refunds for services provided in the event your insurer does not cover this.
